This three track EP dedicates the A-side to “Shake,” a sweet little slice of bubbly minimal techno with lots of swing that's aimed right at the dancefloor. It hits the target spot on, gently breaking down into abstracted beats before building up again into a rhythm that is insistent yet irresistibly wiggly. The B-side has the incredibly stripped down but still busy and frenetic “Shape” that pounds and bounces jauntily. Which is nicely contrasted by the beat-free, abstract washes of “Light Swells (in a Distant Space).” Sigha isn't reinventing the wheel but his tracks are well worth taking out for a spin.
